This is the ONLY bag we’re using for flat rate right now. If it fits in this medium duffel, we’ll wash, dry, and fold it — clothes, towels, bedding, even bulky items.
- Perfect for: couples, busy homes, or Airbnb turnover
- Typical load: 2 comforters + sheets + towels or 4–5 regular loads
- Up to 35 lb is included in the flat rate 👍
- Over 35 lb → we just charge your normal per-lb rate

What actually fits in the medium Tama bag?
Up to ~35 lb — 2–3 laundry loads, plus towels, plus 1 comforter or bedding set. If it zips, we wash it. We still weigh it, but your price stays flat.
Why is it $110 only on the 4-bag plan?
4-bag / month members get the best rate because we can plan routes. One-off or single-bag visits start around $120 to cover pickup + 24-hr return.
Where do you pick up & drop off?
Honolulu service area — homes, condos, hotels, and Airbnbs in zone. Pickup & delivery (~$16 value) is already included.
What if I don’t use all my bags?
Bags roll forward while your membership is active. Need to pause? You won't lose credits — just resume and use them.
