Hotel Laundry Pickup Made Easy

Step 1

Bag your laundry

Please place all laundry into closed bags before pickup. You can use:

  • Shopping or grocery bags
  • Plastic or trash bags
  • Reusable totes (we’ll return these with your clean clothes)

Every bag must be clearly labeled with your:

  • Last name
  • Room number

Have more than one bag? Add a note like “Bag 1 of 2” so we know it all belongs together.

Step 2

Where to leave your bags

Most Waikiki hotels allow guests to leave laundry bags with:

  • The front desk
  • The bell desk or luggage desk

Important: Please check with your accommodation for the exact location and any special instructions. Let the staff know that Tama Laundry will be picking up your bags.

Step 3

Load separations (optional)

By default, we wash everything together on cold water and low heat — perfect for mixed vacation laundry.

If you’d like your laundry separated into different loads, we’re happy to do that:

  • Bag each load separately (for example: Whites , Darks , Delicates ).
  • Each separate bag has a 10 lb minimum charge.
  • Each separation stays completely separate through wash, dry, and folding, then is returned in its own clear plastic bag, labeled for easy unpacking.

For separated loads, please label each bag with your last name, room number, and the type of load (e.g. “Smith · 1024 · Whites”).

Step 4

Pickup, turnaround & return

Our driver will collect your labeled bags directly from your hotel’s front or bell desk during your selected pickup window.

  • Choose between 24-hour or 48-hour turnaround (as shown on your card).
  • Your laundry is washed, dried, and neatly folded.
  • Clean clothes are re-bagged, labeled, and returned to the same hotel location.

If you have any special notes (air dry items, extra sensitive pieces, etc.), please add them when you book or include a written note inside one of your bags.
