How does pickup and delivery work?
Choose an eligible address, date, and window. Tama confirms the pickup method, collects the order, and sends updates through washing, folding, and return.
Where does Tama Laundry offer pickup and delivery?
We serve Honolulu and our verified Oʻahu delivery areas, including Kailua, Kāneʻohe, Pearl City, ʻAiea, and Waipahu. Enter your pickup address to confirm coverage and available windows.
Do you offer same-day laundry service in Honolulu?
Yes, same-day service is available subject to pickup location and capacity. Check the available return options when booking, or call (808) 694-9065 before booking if you need a same-day return. Standard and 24-hour rush options are also available.
Can I drop off laundry or request dry cleaning?
Tama Laundry is a pickup-and-delivery wash-and-fold service. We do not offer customer drop-off, self-service machines, dry cleaning, or pressing.
When do I know the final price?
You see an estimate before confirming. For weight-based service, the final total is calculated after your laundry is weighed and the applicable services are recorded.
Can I follow my driver?
Yes—private live tracking appears only while your assigned driver is actively en route for your pickup or delivery leg.
What if I am staying at a hotel?
Tama checks the property-specific pickup guide for your address and shows the methods that location allows, including any required meet-in-person instructions.
What about delicates and hang-dry pieces?
Save your laundry preferences and select available per-piece care options during booking. Availability and pricing come from the current service catalog.
