Can I book same-day laundry online?
Check the return options available for your address in booking. If a same-day return is essential or you do not see the option, call before scheduling. Selecting a standard order and adding an urgent note does not confirm same-day service.

Availability depends on the address, route, workload, and items in your order. Confirm today's pickup and return windows with the team rather than relying on a general cutoff.
Does a membership guarantee same-day service?
No. Check your plan's benefits and the return options available for this order. Membership benefits and same-day capacity are separate questions.
Can I drop off laundry to make it faster?
Tama is a pickup-and-delivery service. We do not offer customer drop-off, self-service machines, dry cleaning, or pressing.
What if I am checking out of a hotel today?
Call with your hotel address and the time you need the laundry back before booking. Confirm a permitted handoff with the hotel. If an available return will not fit your departure, do not place an order assuming it can be delivered earlier.
