How much fits in one bag?
The duffel holds 35–50 lbs stuffed — about a week's worth for one person, or a big family load.
Can I use all my bags in one week?
Yes. Bag credits are a pool, not a schedule. Use them whenever you want within the billing month.
Do unused bags roll over?
Yes — unused bags from your base allowance roll forward exactly one month, then expire. They don't accumulate indefinitely.
What if I bring extra laundry?
Extra laundry outside the bag (e.g. a separate bag) is charged at the subscriber per-pound rate, below the standard rate. It shows as a line item on the same invoice — the calculator prices it live.
Can I have a Bag Plan AND a Tama Pass?
No — they're mutually exclusive. Pick the one that fits how you do laundry. You can cancel one and switch anytime.
Do you pick up without me being home?
Yes. Leave the bag at your door, porch, or lobby. We text you when we grab it.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no contracts. Cancel from your account page and benefits stay active through the end of your billing period.
