Clothing donations

Donate a few pieces
with your next pickup.

Once a month, add a small bag of gently used clothing to your pickup. We wash it, collect it with everyone else’s, and donate it every month to a local Oʻahu shelter or community organization.

How it works

  1. Step 1
    Pack a small bag

A shopping-bag's worth — a few clean, wearable clothing items. Label it "Donation" and keep it separate from your laundry.

  2. Step 2
Tick the box when you book

Choose "Add a clothing donation bag" when you schedule your pickup and confirm the rules. It's free.

  3. Step 3
    We wash and donate

Your driver collects it with your laundry. We wash it with care and donate everything to a local shelter or organization each month.

The rules

  • One small shopping bag — a few gently used clothing items.
  • Clean, wearable pieces only: no stains, rips, tears, missing buttons or heavily worn items.
  • Clothing only — no shoes, linens, bedding, toys or household items.
  • Not a dump run: anything that isn't donation-ready is discarded, not returned.
  • Keep it in its own bag, separate from your laundry, and label it "Donation".

Please don’t include

  • Stained, ripped, torn or heavily worn pieces
  • Shoes, linens, bedding, toys or household items
  • Large bags or a closet clean-out — this isn't a dump run

Anything that isn’t donation-ready is discarded, not returned to you.
