How is my laundry charged?
Pay As You Go: a per-pound rate plus per-order pickup, delivery, and service fees. Each membership has its own included allowance, rate, and fee benefits. See each plan card for the exact details.
What about rush orders?
Each plan card lists its included turnaround. Same-day or rush service is priced separately unless your plan includes it; booking shows availability and the estimate.
Do unused pounds roll over?
On plans that offer rollover, unused lbs roll over one cycle (about 30 days), then expire.
Is there a minimum order?
Your service area's minimum pickup size is shown in the booking flow before you confirm.
