STEP 1
Schedule a Pickup
Create a profile and choose your preferences, detergents, and include any special instructions. We make doing laundry as easy a few clicks away.
STEP 2
On Pickup Day
Pack all your dirty laundry in bags. All laundry will be washed together unless you separate and notate your bags prior to pickup.
STEP 3
On Delivery Day
24 hours later your clothes will be returned crisp and neatly folded. Reusable Tama Laundry bags are included in both Gold and Platinum monthly subscriptions.
Not Home?
No problem! If you won't be home for your first pick up, you can leave your clothes in bags or hampers that our drivers will re-bag in our own labeled plastic bags. Check out our Pickup and Delivery Tips.
How it works: Load Separations
Do I need to separate my whites and colors?
Please separate all loads prior to pick up.
You can choose mixed wash, which is everything washed and dried together, or you can opt for load separations.
Each load separation is subject to a 20-pound min charge. You can have less than 20 pounds, but that is still the charge. If you join our Tama Laundry Plus Program, all load separations are reduced to a 10-pound minimum weight charge.

From pickup to delivery, our staff is trained to treat your laundry like our own. We offer a variety of detergents, softeners, dryer sheets, and additives including eco friendly and hypoallergenic options so we can do your laundry just like you would at home!

Pricing
Take advantage of our easy and transparent pricing system! You'll get the best value for each pound — starting at just $2.50 — plus a $5.99 service fee per order and a minimum charge of 20lbs.
Priced Per Pound
All wash and fold items are weighed and priced by the pound. Blankets, comforters, and other bulky items are charged per piece and not weighed.

Pricing starts at just $2.50/lb. Upgrade to premium and eco/hypoallergenic options when placing an order.
20 pound min. charge per order
All orders come with a 20lb minimum charge, no matter the weight. Pay the flat fee for less than 20lbs and for more than 20lbs pay a per-pound rate based on your selection.
