Laundry Pick Up Tips
#1. Keep it simple
We encourage you to leave as many important details to help our driver's navigate and find your laundry for pick up. Gate codes, parking instructions, doorman, are all very helpful things to include.
You can add these details during sign up, or if you want you can call or text us at (808) 694 - 9065 with any specific pick up/ drop off details.

2. Choose a secure and hidden location.
While we've never had a laundry order stolen, it's never a bad idea to be aware of your surroundings and try and conceal your laundry if possible.
Please don't make it too hard four drivers to find and be sure to include all special instructions in your profile so we know excatly where to look.

#3. Leave a note
Sometimes it's as simple as writing notes on sticky note or taping a piece of paper to your door for our drivers.
We get that plans change, and weather may be an issue. Just let us know if we need any special instructions when we arrive by leaving us a real note on the door.

4. Keep it clean.
Having a clean area for your laundry to be picked up and delivered to is just one more way to make things smooth.
Taking a few minutes to sweep your lanai or clear an area for our drivers to deliver your laundry might sound minor, but it makes a huge difference for our drivers and ensures your clean laundry stays clean.
